Q. Do I have online access to SYPAs?

HKS affiliates including first and second year MPA-ID students have full-text access to SYPAs (2006-present) and award winning SYPAs through KNET.

In KNET, you can view a SYPA Spreadsheet with information about SYPA authors, titles and award winning SYPAs.  To retrieve a specific SYPA, click on the SYPA Library by Author or SYPA Library by Year links. You can also search by keyword within the SYPA documents by changing the default "Search all HKS" box (found in the top right-hand corner) to "Search this Site" and entering keywords in the search box.
