Q. What is the process for borrowing phone lockers for a class?

The HKS Library has five phone lockers available for borrowing by teaching teams.

• (3) 48 phone capacity
• (2) 60 phone capacity.

To borrow lockers, visit the HKS Library main desk Monday-Thursday, 8AM-8PM, Friday 8AM-6PM, Saturday 12PM-5 PM, or Sunday, 12PM-8 PM). Sign out the locker(s) by filling out our sign-out sheet the locker number, the name of the borrower, what class the locker is being used in, the date, and time checked out. 

When returning the locker please do so during the above hours when the desk is staffed. Be sure that all phones have been removed, the accompanying key is in the lock, and record the return time of the locker on our sign-out sheet..
