Because we do not have access to the physical library, print reserves will not be available at this time.
Library staff are working closely with HKS teaching staff to make as many required course readings as possible available digitally.
If you are residing locally, you may request books for pickup.
Search HOLLIS to see if there is a physical copy available on campus and request it for pickup at Lamont Library. You will be notified when the book is available for pickup, and then you can schedule a pickup slot. Visit the Harvard Library page on borrowing physical materials during COVID-19 for more information.
If an ebook is available for a course reading, you will typically find it on the course's Canvas site. You can search any book title in HOLLIS and limit to Online to see if Harvard Library has an online version of the book. Make sure you are signed in to HOLLIS to see everything that is available.
We license ebooks from a number of different companies. Some can be downloaded, while others must be read online. If you need help finding or accessing an ebook, please don't hesitate to ask us for help.
