Most Harvard Library services are on hold due to safety measures in the time of COVID-19. New Special Borrowers Cards will not be created but current card holders’ expiration and due dates will be extended. Yes, alumni may obtain a Special Borrowers Card valid for access and borrowing at some Harvard libraries. To apply for this card, bring a government issued photo to the Harvard Library Privileges Office, Widener Library Room 130. If you have any questions please contact the Privileges Office.
