Under Harvard's Open Access policy Harvard faculty commit to deposit an "accepted author manuscript" version of their scholarly articles into the Harvard institutional repository, DASH.

The Harvard Library's Office for Scholarly Communications (OSC) author's site describes Harvard University's Open access policy at Harvard University. A list of author FAQs is also available.

The HKS DASH community includes the HKS Faculty Series, the HKS Affiliates Series and papers published by some centers at HKS such as the Center for International Development, the Ash Center and the Shorenstein Center. DASH is fully indexed by Google Scholar to maximize discoverability and impact of this scholarship. You can also use DASH to monitor download statistics for your papers.

If you have questions about the HKS open access policy and/or the opt-in individual open access license (available for HKS staff and fellows), contact the HKS Open Access Liaison, Valerie Weis, Senior Faculty and Research Services Librarian.
