When using a citation style that requires titles be presented in sentence case in the reference entry, such as APA, each title must be in sentence case in the Info Tab of Zotero.
You can manually edit the Title in Zotero, or right click the box with the title information in Zotero and use Transform Text. You may have to correct proper nouns and the word directly after a colon.
