Q. Where can I print at HKS and how much does it cost?

HKS master's & doctoral students

Students in HKS master's programs can print from HKS Community Computers, the Library Computing Lab, the Technology Training Room, and from their laptops. Find more information about printing under Student Printing, Copying and Scanning at HKS in the HKS Hub.

Other HKS affiliates

HKS faculty, staff, and fellows can use the two guest computers in the HKS Library Commons to print.

Alumni and visitors

HKS alumni, Harvard University affiliates, cross-registered students from other institutions, and visitors can use the two guest computers in the HKS Library Commons to print.

Printing Costs

$0.05 single-sided or $0.06 double-sided for black and white from the public computers and personal laptops for students and from the guest PCs. Color printing for students costs $0.15 single-sided or $0.16 double-sided.
