Remote
Beyond Harvard: Free Resources for HKS Alumni guides you to HKS Library and Harvard Library resources and services.  Your Harvard Key provides remote access to a number of databases.

Onsite
HKS Library visitors, including alumni, can use the three computers in the HKS Library Commons Area for access to all library resources. Printing costs $.08/per page and requires Crimson Cash payment with either a Crimson Cash Card or a Harvard University ID. Crimson Cash Cards can be purchased and value at the Crimson Cash Value Transfer Station available right outside the HKS Library between the vending machines. Value can be added to the cards or IDs on the Crimson Cash website.

Harvard alumni also have borrowing and access privileges to select Harvard Libraries by obtaining a Special Borrowers Card from the Widener Privileges Office.  Harvard Libraries that accept a Special Borrowers card are listed in this Fast Answer.
