The HKS Library is very selective about accepting book donations due to serious space constraints and the high cost of processing donations for our collection. We may accept small numbers of books on a case-to- case basis. Please note that the HKS Library does not accept print journals or magazines.

If you wish to donate your books directly to an organization, we recommend the following options:

In addition, the Cambridge Public Library publishes a list of local organizations that accept book donations. 

If you remain interested in donating your books to the HKS Library, please complete the attached form. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a decision on which books can be accepted for the collection.
