Access to Harvard Library’s unlimited institutional storage subscription will be suspended once your email is no longer valid. Zotero storage will default to 300 MB of free storage unless you pay for more.

If you use more than 300 MB, when you attempt to synchronize your library, Zotero will display a message indicating that synchronization is disabled until you reduce your online storage to the free threshold or add a subscription large enough to contain all of your files.

Before your HKS email account becomes inactive you should add a personal email address to your Zotero account. Do this by logging into the Zotero website and going to Settings and then Account. Scroll down to Add Email and add in a personal account. Click on Update Emails to save.
