If you do not see the Zotero in Word 2016 as a tab, under Add-ins, or as a floating toolbar, try the following steps:

  1. Close Word and reopen it.
  2. In Zotero, go to Preferences - Cite and reinstall the Microsoft Word Add-in. Close Word and reopen it.
  3. Switch to using Zotero for Firefox.

In most cases, steps 1 or 2 will fix the issue.
