Try BrowZine

Harvard Library has licensed BrowZine, a journal reader app that allows you to browse journals by subject. You can read articles in the forthcoming and recent issues of a journal and also view older journal issues.

Use the BrowZine web app with any browser. Journals by subject are automatically sorted alphabetically by title, but you can also sort titles by their journal rank (the app displays rankings by the SCImago Journal Rank).

This screenshot shows a selection of journals in the Defense and Security Studies subject area ordered by Journal Rank :

Use the BrowZine mobile app on your smartphone or tablet to browse journals by subject. In the mobile app, you can only view journal titles sorted alphabetically.

You can create a BrowZine account to enable the My Bookshelf feature which will allow you to curate your own collection of individual journal titles to browse.

Use E-journals by Subject

You can also use Harvard Library's Find E-Journals by Subject tool.
