Yes, you can. One of the easiest ways to do this is to go directly to Google's Advanced Search page, https://www.google.com/advanced_search, and select the region to which you'd like to narrow your search (see below). 

Two other ways to narrow by region:

  1. Add the country abbreviation for which you would like to search to the Google address you are using, e.g., google.ki will limit your search to content published in Kiribati and google.iq will limit your search to content published in Iraq.
  2. Or add [&gl=ki] to the address after you have conducted your search, e.g., add &gl=ki or &gl=iq to this Google search for "elections" like https://www.google.com/webhp?hl=en#hl=en&q=elections&gl=ki to find results published in each respected country. (gl stands for Google location)
